Motor and mechanism:

Equipped with a 400-watt motor, Ronix 3515V is built to grind and sharpen any material without breaking a sweat. This motor uses 110V electricity and produces enough power to rotate the 150mm grinding wheels to a maximum no-load speed of 2950 RPM. As you can see in the pictures, Ronix 3515V is armed with two grinding wheels. One is coarse, while the other uses a finer finish. Using the former, you can reshape or sharpen hard objects while the latter is perfect for detailed and delicate work.

Body:

Ronix 3515V weighs around 9.5 kg and has a robust metal compact construction, ready for harsh and demanding environments. The two 150mm grinding wheels attach to the body by a ball bearing shaft which results in a longer service life while reducing the maintenance cost and time.
A dusty environment full of flying debris is a common workplace for a bench grinder, and these particles are often the reason why bench grinders deteriorate. To avoid this, Ronix has used a dustproof on/off switch in its 3515V bench grinder. This feature prevents dust and debris from getting into the internal machinery, increasing the device’s lifespan while also reducing downtime for cleaning.

Ronix 3515V is equipped with safety features to ensure the operator’s safety while working. For example, Ronix 3515V has two large transparent spark protection lenses that protect your eyes from flying debris or shrapnel. Also, the grinding wheels are mostly encapsulated in the metal housing for maximum safety and can only be accessed from the intended area at the front of the device. Furthermore, there are two adjustable and sturdy metal rests in this area (one for each grinding wheel) so that you can keep your focus on grinding or sharpening.
