Ronix RH-2718 is the 180mm variant of our test pens that combines an ergonomic and insulating ABS handle with it a nickel-coated tip to provide a sturdy and easy-to-use experience.

Body:

Ronix RH-2718 is equipped with a high-quality, quenched, and tempered steel alloy (40Cr) which results in a sturdy body, capable of withstanding even the harshest and most demanding environments. From installing an electrical circuit inside a home to maintaining and working with complex wiring of industrial machines.
In addition to this sturdy body, Ronix RH-2718 is armed with a slotted tip that helps this product to also work as a normal screwdriver. Furthermore, this tip is nickel-coated which enhances its resistance against wear and tear and corrosion.

When I opened the package, this item did not work. the light was blinking to indicate that the battery was ok. But when I held it up to a live wire it did not react.

I was rather reluctant to put my trust in this item. What ultimately persuaded me was the name of Ronix. not cheap, but they do make top quality kit and have their name and reputation to protect
