If you use pneumatic tools, you’ll have to determine which air compressor suits you. Choosing a suitable air compressor for your projects seems daunting with so much versatility. But no need to worry; Ronix-RC 5010 with 2HP, 2800RPM, and 8Bar can be your first choice.

Motor and Mechanism:

The mechanism of this tool is that it sucks in the air at high speed and compresses it. During this operation, the air compressor sucks in air at one pressure and delivers it at a higher pressure. Air compressors are widely used to connect to drills, boxes, screwdrivers, rivets, and pistols. The Ronix RC-5010 air compressor’s 50L tank, combined with a 2HorsePower/1490W motor, provides plenty of power to cover various applications. You can adjust the output pressure to a maximum of 8Bar/116psi pressure that stores sufficient air in the tank for continuous tool operation. With a speed of 2800RPM, the air compressor can deliver the air into the tank (200L/min) at a minimum.

Body and Switches:

The Ronix RC-5010 is a compact tool with two wheels that are highly portable and easy to use. The tool’s 30kg weight and 74cm (L), 33cm (W), and 68cm (H) dimensions made it one of the ergonomic compressors compared to other 50-liter air compressors at its level. Ronix has paid a lot of attention to easy-to-use and ergonomic structure in the design of this tool. Due to this, two wheels and a handle are considered for this air compressor so that it can be easily moved in different environments. There is a lever-type FBANG, on and off automatic switch on the machine, for more efficiency and a longer lifetime.

Tank:

The Ronix RC-5010 air compressor features a 50 Liter tank to store sufficient air for all the pneumatic tools. The tank is made of high-quality materials to guarantee the compressor’s performance and ensure durability. The compressor can fill the air tank in the minimum time. At the back of the tank, an oil sight glass tells you when to add oil for better performance. The Ronix RC-5010 includes an oil bottle, too.

Thermal Protector system:

Sometimes, using the air compressor for long hours increases the tool’s heating. A thermal protector system in the compressor controls the motor’s temperature during longtime working. If the tool’s temperature goes high, the thermal protector system turns it off automatically.

Air Filter and Safety Valve:

To increase the efficiency and better performance of the compressor, the Ronix RC-5010 is equipped with a metal air filter that can filter the incoming air. Therefore, damage to the engine will be prevented, and the tool’s durability will be guaranteed. The air pressure in the tool is being controlled continuously. So, the tool is equipped with a safety valve that controls and limits the pressure build-up in a system. When the tool’s pressure exceeds its limit, the safety valve will automatically release the excess air.

Accessories and Packaging:

Ronix-RC 5010 features a flow regulator and two quick air couplers to maximize air tool performance; the regulator works by keeping the air pressure steady. The Ronix RC-5010 air compressor’s color box includes an air filter, an oil bottle, two wheels, and two air couplers.
