Motor & Gearbox The high-performance 600W powerful motor is a highly suitable choice for a jigsaw to cut up to 130mm depth in wood. Lower than this number, the maximum capacity in metal becomes 10mm. The speed of this efficient motor changes from 500 up to 2500RPM and this speed is controlled by a “6-position speed control dimmer switch”. As a result, this controlling mechanism regulates the speed to adapt to the operator’s needs for optimal cutting performance on different materials. In contrast with other models with a plastic gearbox in the market, 4110 Top Handle Jigsaw is equipped with an aluminum gearbox to gain more power and deeper cuts. Furthermore, this gearbox provides superior durability on a professional site. To sum up, the combination of the rotter-stator motor and aluminum gearbox leads to a much better and effective performance and at the end, you will have a power tool with a productive power mechanism.

Body & Mechanism Let’s start with the bottom of Ronix 600W 4110 Top Handle Jigsaw and its cutting function. Before turning it on, “the keyless lever-action blade clamp” accelerates inserting and removing of T-shank blades. Moreover, the lever-action mechanism is specifically designed for easy and fast bevel cutting adjustment. The 4-position orbital action (which is controlled by its special switch) improves both cutting control and cutting speed accurately and precisely. To allow this jigsaw with precise bevel cuts, the tilting aluminum die-cast base plate is placed at the bottom of it to make the cuts at the most common angles of 0°, 15°, 30° and 45°. This tilting plate is equipped with a removable plastic shoe cover to prevent the scratches on delicate materials.
