The Ronix booth has become a familiar sight at international exhibitions, known for its strong presence, clear structure and distinctive design. Each year, it draws visitors in and sets the stage for live demonstrations, meetings and interesting experiences.
But what happens before the doors open is a different story!
Booth preparation is one of the most intense parts of the entire exhibition. It starts fast: brainstorming sessions, design tweaks, nonstop discussions. Every team is moving at the same time, all focused on one goal: building a booth that looks powerful and works perfectly.
Once the design is finalized, things move even faster, and multiple challenges happen at once:
• Choosing the right contractors
• Keeping budgets under control without losing quality
• Syncing tight schedules between teams and suppliers
• Hitting strict production and installation deadlines
• Checking materials and finishes under pressure
• Double-checking colors, branding, and technical details

At this point, every decision matters. Time is critical, and even a small delay or a last-minute change can affect the whole setup. That’s why clear communication, flexibility, and quick action are essential.
As Eisenwarenmesse 2026 gets closer, the Ronix team is fully in preparation mode: daily check-ins, quick decisions and constant follow-ups. Materials are approved, details are locked in and the booth slowly comes together, step by step.
This year, Ronix is bringing a brand-new booth concept to Eisenwarenmesse 2026. The final reveal will happen at the exhibition, but behind the scenes, the energy is already high—powered by teamwork, precision and an attention to detail.
